About Me
It has been a long, winding, and humbling path for me to become a therapist. I feel in awe everyday that this is my work in the world; it is always an honor to accompany my clients on their paths towards self-discovery, healing and connection.
My therapeutic style is warm, open, non-judgmental, and curious. I am dedicated to helping my clients build a more honest and authentic life. Together, we will explore the patterns, wounds, and dreams that shape your world, fostering a deeper understanding and connection of yourself and where you get stuck. I value collaboration in the therapeutic process and I offer tools and direct feedback to help you meet your goals. I believe in the power of mindfulness and somatic awareness, and I work with clients to develop a deeper sense of themselves and the intersection between their body and mind.
A few facts about me: I love writing poetry, reading, spending time in nature, yoga and baking banana bread. I recently completed my first Half Ironman triathlon.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from University of California, Los Angeles.
